Ravi Kumar Sumit

A qualified Chartered Accountant from India with over 20 years of experience in finance, project execution, and corporate strategy. Ravi has led complex restructuring, debt syndication, fundraising of short-term & long-term, Cash flow and Forex management, Tax incentives, Equity market license set up, and cross-border company setups. His core expertise includes project finance, investor interfacing, banking, and structuring advisory for international expansion.

Bijoy Varghese

Chartered Accountant (Ireland) and seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in agri-finance, donor-funded rural development programs in East Africa, and developed a strong skill set in financial modeling, data analysis, crisis and change management, and public relations management. Bijoy operates from Australia, supporting strategy, grant deployment, and export initiatives

Mohit Saboo

Mohit Saboo is a Chartered Accountant (India) with over 15 years of experience across East Africa in financial reporting, FP&A, procurement, and logistics. He specializes in financial modeling, cost optimization, and data analysis, with a strong track record in audit management, regulatory compliance, and system automation, including SAP implementations.

Pradyumn Mishra

Pradyumn Mishra is a Chartered Accountant (India) with over 15 years of deep, hands-on experience in finance, costing, Audits, and business performance analysis. A core numbers professional, he excels in financial modeling, budgeting (financial and production), and KPI tracking. He is also proficient in system automation and ERP implementations, including SAP, and is known for his strong command of Excel and data analytics like Power BI analytics.

Smita Wardhan

A CMA (USA) and MBA in Finance & Marketing, Smita has hands-on experience in credit analysis and banking operations, having previously worked with HSBC in India. She brings practical expertise in credit compliance and internal controls. Recently completing her CMA during a career break, she remains committed to professional growth and adds strong value in back-office support, documentation, and governance.
